About the ROLE – Associate Recruitment Consultant
- Research a niche market and build up a network
- Attend client meetings with a senior consultant, sit in and assist on role briefs
- Source candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking and using database
- Screen and qualify potential candidates before putting them in front of the client
- Manage the process/ client and candidate interaction from start to finish
The IDEAL CANDIDATE – Associate Recruitment Consultant
- A recent graduate with a 2.1 or above in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and think on the spot
- Resilient, hardworking and highly ambitious
- Competitive and confident
- An entrepreneurial spirit
