Compensation: Salary 25k + industry-leading commission structure that goes up to 30%. Your expected earnings in year one are predicted at a £40k minimum and into 6 figures by year four!
Internal Training: Technical and recruiter training (classroom style and on-the-job) alongside 1-1 mentorship from the founder of the business.
External Training: This firm is in partnership with an award-winning trainer. Over three months, you will spend six days offsite learning the ins and outs of the industry!

What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?
- Research and learn the ins and outs of your niche.
- Sit in on client meetings and take job briefs
- Source candidates for specific roles through the below
- Advertising: Create compelling ads and upload them to job boards
- Headhunting: Approach candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Networking: Attend networking events
- Database: Use the carefully curated database to approach passive candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews, liaise with clients and manage the interview process from introduction to offer/ acceptance stage!
