A specialist financial services executive search firm, placing C-Suite individuals (CEO, COO, CFO etc.,), directors and VPs across an impressive client base within Fixed Income, Private Equity, Equities, Private Wealth, Corporate Finance, Emerging Markets, and Commodities. Working across over 20 countries, this firm has managed to place some of the most senior members of top financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and Citigroup.

The Role – Executive Search Analyst
- Extensive market research and mapping
- Attending client meetings and shadowing senior consultants and partners
- Gathering a portfolio of client requirements, with constant care and attention to detail
- Identify and qualify potential candidates for specific searches
- Shortlist candidates and pitch suitable options to senior team members
- Manage expectations on both the client and candidate side
- Negotiate the best package for both parties
About You – Executive Search Analyst
- Graduate from a top 40 university with a 2.1 or higher in any discipline
- Understands the meaning of hard work, this can be shown through previous work alongside study or similar
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- A seasoned researcher, proven through academic history etc.,
- Great negotiation and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Work ethic and genuine career ambition
