Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for 3 trainees to join the team and hit the ground running. Unlike other firms, there is a plethora of live roles here, and so joining the team you will have plenty of work to jump straight into and get those deals coming in nice and early!
Working within the technology market, you will specialise either within the Data or Cyber Security field, and work with clients based in the UK, but also in Europe (mainly Germany), giving you exposure to international business.
The team values hard work and collaboration, meaning you will receive incredible support from the get-go, and have all the training needed to set you up for a successful career. Not only will you follow the 15-module training plan, but you will also work closely with your manager, who is one of the top-performing consultants on the team!

- Starting salary of £25k, rising with each promotion (senior consultant £30k)
- Uncapped commission structure rising to 45%, seeing you earn upwards of £50k in year one

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building your client base through business development
- Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing suitable candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Closing the offer and earning commission!
- Updating the company database with any passive candidates for future positions
- Building an online presence and adding to your network
Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate OR a background in a sales role
- Competitive individual, demonstrated through sports, debate, etc.
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals on and off the phone
- Financially driven and looking to earn above a base salary
- Ambitious to build a successful career and progress into a managerial role
