RULE have partnered with a leading Data firm that is looking for a Senior Data Recruiter to join their fast-growing team.
The business has just turned 10 this year and have around 30 heads across their New York and London office. Having been set up by someone who was part of a multi-million-pound company – they are looking to scale and sell this business the same. Half of the business is already employee owned and they are looking to give away more equity to new individuals joining.
The Company – Senior Data Recruiter
- Very established client base – terms with over 400 clients
- High performing company, with average billers, billing around £250k
- Top biller bills £1m+ a year
- One individual billed just under half a million in their first year at the company
- They cover UK, US and EU market.
What is on offer for you as a Senior Data Recruiter?
- Offering a salary of £40k – £47k (depending on experience)
- Commission up to 45% – no threshold
- WFH 2 days a week
- EMI Scheme / Equity available – gearing for sale in the next 5-10 years so an opportunity to get a piece of the pie.

What qualifications do you need as a Senior Data Recruiter?
- 2-4 Years of experience within the world of Data recruitment
- 360 recruitment experience
- A collaborative individual who has the capacity to bring fresh ideas to the table
- An individual who is resilient and motivated
- An individual who wants to progress their career alongside high performing individuals.
