- £30k basic salary + bonus for each placement (top biller made $2m in her 3rd year)
- 1 month training and a senior consultant as your mentor
- Following this, you’ll receive weekly training for continual development
- Attending client meetings in New York and Hong Kong
- 25 days holiday

The Role – Executive Search
Executive search requires you to research the market extensively and mapping giving you confidence to put candidates forward for the role. You will build relationships with the ambitious candidates you are dealing with, aiding them in finding the most suitable position and negotiating with clients for the best outcome when closing the deal.
The Candidate – Executive Search
- Graduate with a 2:1 or higher (Law degree is desirable but not required)
- Confident to hold their own with Senior candidates
- Strong communication skills, in both spoken and written
- Understanding of professional working environments
- Driven for success and to reach leadership
- Ability to see long term success
