Graduate Recruitment position available in the heart of London – earn over £50k in year one!
The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will work closely with your senior team to help source the best financial services talent across the UK. With most clients being based in London, you will get the opportunity to meet with them on a weekly basis and really build your relationships.
After your first promotion you will specialise on a certain area within FS that you will become an expert on – the markets the business cover are; Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Investment Banks.
You will be given 1-1 mentorship from day one and receive training from both the inhouse training team and external trainers. Most people reach their first promotion within just 6 months and you can go on to progress into either a management route, or a principal biller.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building client relationships through client meetings
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking and using the company database
- Interviewing potential candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the interview process and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Closing deals and keeping a good relationship with clients and candidates
- Building your online brand
- Following any leads for potential clients or candidates
- Keeping the database up-to-date with new clients and candidates

- Degree educated
- Inquisitive and eager to learn
- Hard working
- Team player
- Background in sales is a huge bonus
- Any European languages would be desirable but not essential
- Resilient
- Ambitious and self-driven
