Experienced Senior Consultant – Technology Change and Transformation

Base salary £35k – £45k of DOE

I am currently working with a Boutique Digital and Tech firm; they are looking for a Senior Recruitment

Consultant. With an already established name within the Change and Transformation market, the specialist firm is now aiming to expand its team.

The Client – Senior Recruitment Consultant

• About 50 heads currently
• Offices In Bristol and London
• No KPI’s or micromanagement – autonomy is given to clients and candidates.
• An active database of 15,000+ candidates
• Socially responsible, giving over £200K to charity since 2017.
• Large and established client base across the UK, Europe, and the US

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant joining this company, you can expect:

• Base salary £35K – £45K
• Commission up to 40% (no threshold)

Suitable applicants for the position of Senior Consultant should possess the following:

• 18+ months of experience with Tech and/or Change and Transformation
• Must have BD experience
• Billing north of 200k per year
• Have client relationships across UK and Europe
• Proactive and driven
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Confidence is imperative as you will be liaising with C-Suite individuals
