With an already established name within the Change and Transformation market, the Leading Strategy Search firm is now.

looking to bring on a new director to aid in the company’s growth and with a path to equity this could be the next step up your career needs.

The Client:

• The core of their business is around strategy.
• Their revenue was 18mil last year.
• Excellent client relationships – 80% of their work is retained.
• Top biller did £1.4m last year, next highest £1.2m, so a lot of consistent high performers.
• C&T team is 60% perm 40% contract.
• Office environment is mature, they have news and current affairs on the TV as opposed to people’s billings.

What’s on offer to you as a Change and Transformation Director

• Base salary £80k – £120k DOE
• As a director you would take over a warm desk and 2-3 billing consultants
• Team Override
• Commission up to 40%
• WFH flex offered (3 days in, 2 from home)
• Clear and defined progression structure, they want you to progress internally and organically to Partner-level

Your responsibilities as a Director:

• Ensure consistency in terms of revenue and profit across your business.
• Manage senior relationships and key accounts in your sector
• Lead from example with regards to recruitment activity
• Consistently bring in revenue and proactively win business for yourself and your team
• Be a true expert in your market
• Be involved in leading internal projects (D&I, events, lunch & learns.)

The ideal candidate:

• 5-8 years of experience in a senior management or director level role within the recruitment industry with a demonstrable track record of success.
• Exposure to both Interim and Perm divisions
• Large Scale network within the market
• Established client relationships – ability to bring work on
• You will have a track record of developing and managing top billers.
