The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Here you will specialise in finding senior management level engineers and partnering them with your clients across the UK and Europe. The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your own client base through business development
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria through client meetings
- Sourcing excellent candidates through networking/advertising/headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interviews with your clients
- Managing the whole interview process, and negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Following up on any business leads, whether that be new clients or leads for candidate referrals
- Building your personal brand on LinkedIn
- Consistently working towards individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 6+ months experience working in a sales background is desirable
- Financially driven with the desire to earn over a basic salary
- Ambitious and looking for a long-lasting and successful career
- Resilient and able to bounce back from failure
- Excellent communication skills
