Founded in 2008, the client has established themselves as a market leader in placing people across a variety of sectors in the Financial Services, Management Consultancy and Renewable Energies industries. Currently 20 PAX, they work on a 60% retained basis and fulfil 97% of their mandates, with over half of their business being repeat business from satisfied clients.
Coming on board, you will be placing mid- to senior-level individuals on sizeable basic incomes, meaning you reap the rewards of an average fee size of £28k! They operate no KPI’s and have removed themselves from the cutthroat, toxic environment recruitment has been widely known for and replaced it with a sophisticated and mature culture where people want to be successful.

- £28-35k basic DOE + uncapped commission scheme sliding between 20-40%.
- Capacity for Superbillers and Team Leaders – with TL’s make a team override of 5% from day one.
- Working Hours – 8:30AM – 6:00PM, with flexi-time two days a week and time off during lunchtime to go to the Gym.
- Usual incentives of monthly lunch clubs, quarterly trips away and yearly bonuses of up to £25k!

Experience required – High-End Contingent Recruitment
- 12-18 months experience in a 360 role
- Experience managing key accounts and developing them
- Ability to multitask
- Work well in a team environment
