This business was established over 15 years ago and has since grown to over 100 people big with offices around the globe in London, Zurich, New York, and Hong Kong.
This business is a leading advisory firm to top hedge funds such as JP Morgan, and UHNW individuals.
This company is responsible for aiding the growth of multi-billion dollar hedge funds and digital asset firms.
The role – Recruitment Consultant :
- Research and map the market for live mandates
- Pitch to clients on why you should win their business
- Attend client meetings and create the report used to form the candidate brief
- Aid the business in providing a quality service to their clients
- Headhunting passive candidates and gathering market intel
- Work with the partners to create a shortlist of candidates
- Learn your market inside out and become an industry expert in your chosen field, in order to become a trusted advisor to clients

What you need – Recruitment Consultant
- A Degree in any discipline
- A-Levels
- A genuine interest in the Executive Search industry, and clear desire to be successful
- Be enthusiastic about the work, and able to engage with stakeholders
- Be happy to pick up the phone to speak with candidates/ clients
