About the Company – Executive Search Consultant
This is a rare opportunity to join the top performing Executive Search firm specialising in headhunting board-level executives for Investment Banks and Private Equity firms across the globe. The company has now grown to 3 international offices – one in London, New York, and Singapore. This offers you the chance to relocate to any of their offices down the line if you wish.
Your role will be integral to the business, and starting as a researcher you will support the senior team in creating and presenting reports on the market conditions, as well as sourcing the best candidates for your high-level clients.

They have derived a 1-year training plan, which involves classroom sessions, conferences, and exposure to the partners of the business. - Starting salary of £30k-£40k DOE
- Annual bonus based on targets, taking your OTE to £60k

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to understand your clients requirements
- Researching potential candidates for your clients and creating a long-list of suitable profiles
- Working closely with your client to create a shortlist of candidates to approach
- Speaking with individuals and understanding their requirements for a new role
- Working with your team to manage the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiate the best package for your candidates
- Create reports on interviews processes and present to the team
- Continuously build your network and map the market
- Understand the trends within the financial market and predict and movements
