The role – Legal Search Consultant
- Liaising with Managing Partners and consulting on the firms growth plans
- Headhunting and identifying potential candidates
- Qualifying candidates through in-depth interviews and shortlisting suitable candidates to present to your client
- Gathering market intel and presenting it back to the client
- Pitching your service to clients and trying to win over their business
