Salary – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 1st year – £30,000 – £40,000 OTE
- 2nd year – £45,000 – £60,000 OTE
- 3rd year – £75,000 – £90,000 OTE
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Networking ( Build your network through LinkedIn and other job platforms)
- Market mapping and company research
- Communicating with CEO’s, MEO’s and directors on a daily basis
- Reviewing CV’s and screen calling potential candidates
- Business development ( Build your portfolio)
- Set up interviews and help candidate step by step through the process.
