Our client is an advisory firm that focuses on acquiring talent for specialist businesses across Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, Global Custody and Commodity Trading markets.
This business was founded over 10 years ago and operates on a global scale across their fixed practice areas which include Fixed Income, Quantitative Strategies, DCM & ECM, Prime Services, Global Custody & Asset Services and Commodities.
This business will provide you all the tools to become successful, with their top biller generating over 2 million pounds of revenue, they will set you up to succeed from day one.
The role – Executive Head Hunter
- 360 consultant from day one
- Generating leads
- Pitching to businesses and trying to bring them on as clients
- Mapping the market and approaching passive candidates
- Becoming an industry expert across their fields

- 6 months plus recruitment or sales experience
