What would the role entail- Trainee Recruitment
- Regular client meetings to access the essential criteria of a role.
- Maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships.
- Networking within your market, to enhance your understanding of particular roles.
- Research into your specific market, whilst keeping up to date with all relevant terminology, enabling you to become an expert in your area.
- Writing adverts to highlight the opportunities available and to attract ideal applicants
