My client is a specialist global recruitment agency, operating within the top end of hedge-fund recruitment, placing the industry’s best trading managers, analysts and researchers.

About The Company – Senior Delivery Consultant
- Boutique firm! 25 Heads currently
- Working with search methodologies, but without retainers
- Average fees of £200k
- Very strong client relationships. Only deliver in to 7 specific funds
- Strong relationships in the U.S. and Asia (Opportunities to travel)
- Based just next to London Bridge
- High performers, but very relaxed feel. No suits or formal office feel
- Average billings of £850k a year
The Role – Senior Delivery Consultant
You will be joining a hot desk, where all of the BD and client side is already managed for you. This role is purely delivery, so the main focus is sourcing candidates, and building and maintaining relationships with your passive map.
Deal cycles are longer here than most, so someone who is capable of building a long term relationship is vital.
About You – Senior Delivery Consultant
- Someone with roughly a years experience within Hedge funds, PE, buy-side finance
- Proven biller. Actual number doesn’t matter, but they want someone who has evidence of being one of the top billers within the company.
- This market will occasionally require taking a call outside of normal working hours
- Confident and mature enough to work with senior candidates.
- If your experience doesn’t lie within PE/Hedge funds, they want to see knowledge and interest around the market.
This role is negotiable on the base, but they have guaranteed to beat any candidates current package should it come to offer. They also pay annual discretionary bonus.
