Experienced Senior Consultant – Technology
Base salary – £35k – £40k – DOE – Commission up to 40% no threshold
RULE are working with a Boutique Digital and Tech firm looking to bring on an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk.
With an already established name within the Change and Transformation market and 50 heads currently, the company is looking to double in size in the next couple of years, so now is prime time to join and not only increase your take home but get involved with the direction of the firm.
The Client – Senior Consultant:
- 50 heads currently
- Offices In Bristol and London
- No KPI’s or micromanagement – autonomy given with clients and candidates.
- An active database of 15,000+ candidates
- Socially responsible, giving over £200K to charity since 2017
- Large and established client base across the UK, Europe and the US
As Senior Consultant you would get:
- Base salary £35K – £45K
- Commission up to 40% (no threshold)

What do you need? – Senior consultant
- 18+ months of experience within Tech and/or change and transformation.
- Must have BD experience.
- Billing north of 200k per year
- Have client relationships across UK and Europe
- Proactive, driven and socially aware
