- Starting salary of £24k, rising to £28k after your first promotion
- Uncapped commission structure with an OTE in year one of £55k

The Role – Property Recruitment Consultant
- Building out your client base through business development
- Forming excellent relationships with your clients
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and managing the end-to-end interview process
- Negotiating the right package for your candidates
- Creating your online brand, and continuously developing your network
- Working towards targets set out from your manager
The Ideal Candidate – Property Recruitment Consultant
- Financial drive and the want to earn over a basic pay
- Experience working in a sales environment is preferable but not essential
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Confidence speaking to high level individuals
- Proactive and positive attitude
