The Role – Graduate Executive Search Consultant:
· Evolving into an industry authority by cultivating expertise in pertinent sectors, tracking industry trends
· Establishing enduring, trust-based relationships with both candidates and clients
· Engaging in candidate management
· Contributing to the business development process
· Conducting market mapping, identifying key potential candidates, and forecasting market dynamics
· Researching potential candidates, competitor analysis, and strategy reporting
· Attending client meetings, providing updates, compiling meeting reports, and grasping client requirements
Requirements – Graduate Executive Search Consultant:
· Recent graduate
