- Opportunity to manage and grow a team within 18 months
- Base salary; £25,000 starting + commission
- £26,500 once you hit your first promotion
- £30,000 for your second promotion (all achievable within 1 year!)
- Average earnings for new starters is £50,000 in year one

This business is currently a team of 7 and is looking to add 4 graduates to the team ASAP!
The Role – German Recruitment Consultant
- Business development – building a portfolio of clients within the private equity space
- Headhunting top-talent via LinkedIn
- Advertising on job boards
- Screening and shortlisting suitable candidates for your clients
- Managing the process between the two parties to ensure a suitable match
Who you are
Ideally, suitable candidates will possess some, if not all of the following;
- Recently graduated (or due to graduate this year)
- Strong A-level results (or international equivalent)
- Fluency in German to business level
- Proven work ethic
- Entrepreneurial attitude & a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
