Trainee Recruiter – Estate agents wanted!
Do you have sales or lettings experience and want to earn a higher base salary AND more commission? Sick of having to work on a Saturday and not being able to enjoy your weekends? Recruitment offers a base salary of between £25-35,000 depending on experience and an OTE of between £45-55,000.
The Client
Founded in 2018, our client has quickly expanded from 5 to 60 employees within a 5 year period and they’re not stopping there! They are looking for ambitious, financially driven individuals to join their team as they continue to scale the business.

The Day to Day
As a trainee recruiter your day to day is varied and fast-paced. You can expect to be doing the following:
- Generating new business
- Producing adverts for roles
- Reviewing CV’s
- Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
- Maintaining successful client relationships
- Hitting/ surpassing targets to earn commission

- You’re hard-working and you can prove it!

- Team player – background in sports is a big plus!
