The job role:
- Writing job ads
- Sourcing suitable candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, screening them to access their suitability and then putting them forward for jobs that you’re hiring for
- Acting as the middleperson between the client and candidate and ensuring they have a smooth experience
Entry Level – Graduate – The perks of the job!
Recruitment is one of one of the few sectors where there is a direct correlation being effort and success. You are rewarded based on your performance, not on whether your manager likes you or not!
- Uncapped earning potential; average earnings in year one are £35-45,000; year two is £55-70,000 and by year three you can earn upwards of £100,000!
- 2 incentive holidays a year at 5* hotels, ALL EXPENSES PAIDb Previous trips have included Las Vegas, Dubai, Morocco and Budapest
- Monthly lunch club at Michelin star restaurants

Who you are:
You’re competitive, ambitious and hungry for success!
- Recently graduated from university
- Sales experience is highly beneficial; tele sales, car-sales, phone sales, B2B, etc (but not an essential!)
- Financially driven
- Great communication skills and love talking to people and building relationship
