The Day to Day Responsibilities – Graduate Recruitment
Each day is varied and fast-paced, typical responsibilities include;
- Cold calling to win new business
- Headhunting on LinkedIn
- Writing and posting enticing job adverts
- Screening, shortlist, and preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the end to end recruitment process between the client and the candidate to ensure a successful placement for the two parties
Requirements
- Recently graduated from university or 6 months + sales experience
- Excelled at something previous; academics, sport, music, theatre, etc
- Strong work ethic
- Ambition and drive to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
