• Support business growth
• Win and onboard new clients
• Build excellent, long-standing client relationships
• Headhunt suitable candidates via LinkedIn searching and market intel
• Manage the recruitment process between your client and candidates and ensure an excellent experience
• Be an expert in your practice area and champion the business with clients and candidates alike
