As a business, they invest heavily in their staff in terms of L&D and providing additional tools to contribute to success – and it works. Over 35% of the business earned over £80,000K last year.
They have an extensive list of clients, a mature, autonomous work environment and are not KPI heavy.
Senior Consultant Technology Recruitment – The Role
- Be an expert at identifying talent for clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the landscape
- Source candidates for roles that are picked up by yourself or other members of the team
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process with a client
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients, to pick up roles
- Work with the Regional Director on existing clients, to fill their open roles, as well as further developing the account

The Candidate – Senior Consultant Technology Recruitment
- Possess 2 years+ experience in Tech recruitment (BI & Data Analytics, SAP, ERP, etc)
- Proven track record of billings circa £200K+
- Passionate about growing a team around you
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly ambitious
