This companies client services cover permanent, retained search, contract and interim hiring.
They have identified significant gaps in the service Legal clients and candidates receive. They aim to close these gaps and deliver an innovative and unrivalled service.

- Create lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Qualify candidates by phone
- Writing job adverts
- Screening candidates and assessing suitability for new roles
- Liaising with senior-level executives
- Leading client meetings
