Recruitment agencies are crying out for salespeople who want to take the next step in their career. Our client will pay £25-35K base salary for experienced salespeople. You will have the opportunity to double your salary in the first year!
Our client pays up to 45% commission and from day one you have a tailored training and progression plan.
They operate within the Technology sector which is thriving year on year, the fee sizes are big and you can place people in as little as one week – which means you can start earning commission in your first month.
The client works with impressive clients such as; Deliveroo, Asos, Selfridges, Yeezy, Coca-Cola, and UNiDAYS.

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Business development
- Taking client briefs
- Headhunting candidates via LinkedIn
- Writing and posting job adverts to attract talent
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for open job vacancies
- Presenting candidates to your client and managing the process between the two parties
- Negotiating on behalf of your candidates
- Making placements and making money!
Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Requirements;
- 6 months + sales experience (can be any type of sales)
- Ambition and drive to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Be a team player but also able to work independently.
