The skills required as a Trainee German Recruitment Consultant
- Fluent in German to business level
- University degree (2:2 or higher) or commercial experience
- Confidence and willingness to learn about the legal market
- Strong communications skills via phone or in person.
The role of a recruitment consultant involves:
- Winning and managing new clients
- Meeting international clients
- Sourcing the best candidates and building rapport
- Negotiating terms and developing business
