- £28,000 + bonus (OTE £60,000-£75,000 in first year)

The role – Graduate Executive Search Consultant
- Researching new candidates through headhunt training, databases, job and you’re your network on LinkedIn
- Creating market maps requiring extensive research
- Attend client meetings to understand what your clients require
- Work with both client and candidate for the best outcome
The ideal candidate – Graduate Executive Search Consultant
- A Level’s
- University degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Consistently go above and beyond in extra-curricular achievements
- Motivated to be the best and work towards promotions
