They are looking for highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join them as Associate Consultants this year.

What will the responsibilities be for an Associate Consultant?
- Candidate Sourcing: Through advertising, Headhunting, Databases, Networking.
- Candidate Qualification: Screening calls and interviews, compiling shortlists, and longlists.
- Candidate Management: Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, attend networking events and client meetings.
The ideal candidate for an Associate Consultant:
- Background: A recent graduate with a 2.1 or above in any discipline.
- Results: Driven by results, sales and rewards. Somebody who thrives in a goal oriented environment.
- Relationships: Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build and maintain relationships with everyone and anyone.
- Attitude: Ambition and drive is key to a successful career in recruitment. Someone who’s not afraid of hard work.
- Aptitude: High emotional intelligence as well as someone with common sense. The ability to adapt and think fast in any situation.
- Entrepreneur: A self-starter with initiative.
