The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching the top businesses in the industry
- Conducting cold-calling to win new clients with live roles to fill
- Mapping the candidate market
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward to your clients
- Managing the end to end interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidates
- Working towards targets set out for you
- Building an online presence on LinkedIn
- Following any leads for new business
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Worked alongside education – part-time, internships, placement etc.
- Financially driven and wanting to earn above a basic pay
- Ambitious and looking to build a career
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Confident communicator both on and off the phone
