What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant
- Become an expert in the video game sector.
- Source suitable candidates for our clients.
- Interview candidates and manage their experience and expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and superior candidate profiles.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients positions and requirements.
Requirements to be a Recruitment Consultant
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritise workload.
- Self-motivated & resilient
