RULE are representing a Technology Recruitment agency, operating in a niche market segment covering DevOps, Data and Analytics, and Cyber Security. Given the world of technology is constantly evolving this is a HOT market segment.
Their Cyber Security practice is one of the highest performing teams in the business, as they work to place the best in class cyber security professionals to protect the worlds’ leading organizations (working with clients such as Google, Barclays, Virgin Media) from cyber threats.
This business is looking for ambitious individuals to join the business and to support you and your career growth they have a future leaders fast-track program in place. This program has a track record of getting junior consultants to management in 3-4 years, and directors in 5-6 years.
The currently have offices in the UK and the US, Dubai and have a business plan in place to set up offices in Amsterdam, Germany, Singapore and France within the next 3 years. They’ll be using the UK as an incubation spot to launch these offices, so if international relocation is appealing to you – this could be the perfect opportunity!

- Competitive base salary depending on experience (£25,000-35,000)
- Market-leading commission structure up to 40% (with an average deal size of 10K that means you could be making 4K in commission per month per deal!)

Day to Day of the role – Recruitment Consultant
A job in recruitment is fast-paced and exciting some of your day to day will consist of:
- Building relationships with both clients and candidates through in person meetings, phone consultations, etc
- Conducting business development in order to expand the client base
- Headhunting candidates via LinkedIn, internal database and networking
- Attending industry events to network with your market
- Managing relationships between clients and candidates
- Providing a consultative, professional service to both your clients and candidates
Requirements – Recruitment Consultant
To be suitable for the role with our client, you should possess some, if not all of the following:
- 6 months+ in a sales position such as B2B Sales, Car Sales, Telesales, Fundraising, Door to Door Sales, etc
- Proven track record of high performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Team player mentality
- Ambition
- Financial motivation
