Your Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, learning the ropes of the recruitment process from experienced industry experts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates through various channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Assisting in the coordination of interviews and placements
- Learning about the life sciences industry to effectively match candidates with suitable roles
- Contributing to the growth and success of our business
