The Company – Principal Consultant
Our client is looking for a Principal Consultant to join their team!
Global Financial Search and Advisory firm looking to expand their Trading Technology team. Based in the Shard, in London Bridge they have average billers doing between £600K – £900K a year, with their top biller doing £1.84m.
Their client’s range across Hedge Funds, Fin Tech’s, Investment Banks and more. Your focus will be on delivering strong profiles across Software Development, Data Engineers, Quant Developers and Data Scientists.
Expectations – Principal Consultant
- Be a part of shaping the direction of the business, with the potential to grow out your own team
- The role has a strong focus on delivery, however they will support you on BD should you be keen to bring on new clients.
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, hosting events and much more
The Ideal Candidate – Principal Consultant
- Pre-existing knowledge of delivering into Financial Services and / or delivering Technology professionals.
- 6 months – 4 years’ experience
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
The Offering – Principal Consultant
- £35k – £50K basic salary + commission up to 40% uncapped with no threshold
- No KPI’s or micromanagement
