The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team!
Working across the Technology and IT sector you will have the opportunity to work closely with the top talent internationally. With a 50/50 split, the majority of their work falls within Europe or the US – both of which are incredibly buoyant markets, and have a high average salary brackets (meaning more commission for you!).
Joining the business, you will have a 1-1 mentor who has over 8 years of experience within the business, offering you the best exposure you need to become the most successful consultant you can be.

- £25k basic salary, with uncapped commission structure
- OTE in year one: £45k, year two: £70k, year three: £90k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Keeping up to date with hiring criteria
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Managing the end to end interview process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Building your online brand
- Working towards and exceeding targets set
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Worked alongside education – part-time, internships, placement etc.
- Competitive – took part in sports/ debate/ independent competitions
- Financially driven – wanting to earn above a basic pay?
- Ambitious – want to build a long-lasting career not just a job
- Confident – happy speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
