The Company – Executive Search Consultant
Our client is looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join their team. This business focuses on pairing the best talent within the financial services market with the best Private Equity and Investment Banking firms in the US. With offices based in New York and Chicago, you will have the opportunity to travel for work, and even have a trip every year to work in the New York office.
You will receive the best support to ensure you have all the tools needed to be a successful head-hunter and can build a long lasting career for yourself. This involves 1-1 mentorship, award winning training from an external trainer, and support from the directors of the company.

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Working closely with your senior consultant
- Mapping the financial market and understanding who the main players are
- Attending client meetings and taking briefs
- Creating shortlists of potential candidates for your clients
- Conducting outreach to passive candidates
- Shadowing the interview process
- Building your online brand
- Creating reports of market trends and presenting to your team
- Following any business leads for potential candidates
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 in any discipline from a top 40 university
- Commercially minded and inquisitive
- Career driven with the want to be successful
- Team player
- Articulate
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
