The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the European market, you will become an absolute expert in the technology field. You will specialise within Software Engineering into financial institutions, which is one of the most upcoming markets within recruitment.
The average consultant within the firm will earn at least £45k in their first year, with the potential to earn £60k if you go above and beyond for you clients and candidates.
All of this success comes from the businesses award winning training, offered by both inhouse and external trainers who have a combined total of 50 years’ experience creating top performing teams. The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of £25k, rising to £28k after your first promotion
- Clear progression pathway from trainee to partner of the firm (first promotion with 6-9 months)
- OTE in year one of £45k, with a commission structure rising to 40%

- Building up your client base through business development
- Attending client meetings to maintain excellent relationships
- Source top talent through networking and headhunting
- Interview candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Manage the end to end interview process
- Negotiate the best package for your candidate
- Build your online brand
- Consistently work towards targets and exceed goals
