Managing Director
Base Salary – up to £120k + profit share
My client is currently looking for an experienced Managing Director:
- To help and build out the perm desk
- Double the team’s headcount
- Push the company forward for a 5 year exit strategy.
If you are a current Director or Managing Director and your company is not satisfying your desired growth or career progression, or simply is not remunerating you in a competitive way and you have a desire to be a fundamental part of expansion – then this could be the perfect role for you.
The Team:
- You would be joining a team of 20 experienced consultants who are already achieving a profit of £1.8 million
- Working within multiple markets across with a desk in the US and London.
- Currently 3 directors all with around 7/8 years of experience.
- Company is on the cusp of receiving around £1 million in funding.
- Massive focus on team collaboration and a generalised shared effort to build out the company to sell.
- Operating mainly within Cybersecurity and all markets which fall under the umbrella of Cybersecurity.
You would be joining the team as a Managing Director of recruitment where you would focus on building out the company, doubling the headcount, growing the perm space as far as possible and oversee increasing annual profit.
The Company:
- Currently based in London and looking to build the head count from 20 to around 35-40.
- They want someone with a “contract mentality” to build out the perm space.
- Incredible client base with some big-name companies within the Tech space
- 20% of the company is currently set out into an EMI Scheme for the employees to access – there is a 6-month quota on getting more access to shares.
- Main culture surround Accountability and there is no “finger pointing”.
- They are looking for an Inspirational and credible leader to step in and lead the team and company forward.
There is a base salary of up to £120k with the opportunity to gain access to the Profit Shares of the company. This is also an opportunity to be a billing or a non-billing manager.
