My client is looking for the very best recruiters on the market to expand their high performing team.
The Company – Hedge Fund Headhunter
- A specialist, boutique buy-side recruitment agency, specializing in placing the best portfolio managers, and traders into hedge funds and family offices
- Between 20 heads last year, they turned over £32mil in revenue
- Their top biller last year billed £4.5mil
- They were the sole suppliers to build a fund last year worth £2.8bn
- Have spent the last 15 years building close relationships with clients, and dominating their market
- A young, exciting business, constantly looking how to evolve and innovate
Job Details – Hedge Fund Headhunter
- Salary is negotiable and DOE. For 2 years experience, the average is around £50k
- Commission is discretionary bonus as a researcher, or if you come in as a senior consultant, it is 50% comms
- Joining a team of 25
- Average billings is £1.3million
- Average fees are £250k, and they don’t work with anything less than £100k
- Regular travel opportunities. Most often to New York, the Middle East, and Singapore

- Purely delivery focused – No BD experience necessary
- Researching and sourcing the best candidates
- Carrying out briefing/spec calls for mandates
- Assisting your candidate through the interview and negotiation process
- Building and maintaining warm relationships with candidates and clients
