- Base salary of £25k, rising to £28k after your first promotion
- OTE of £45k in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Interviewing candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews with your clients
- Being the middleman in the process
- Negotiating contracts for the best package for your candidate
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated in any discipline
- Hard-working
- Enthusiastic and driven
- Ambitious and resilient
- Team player
- Background in a fast-paced environment
- European language skills are a huge plus
