£22k basic + £35-£38k OTE + Benefits + Fast-tracked career progression
- Year 1: £22-£23k base, £35-£38k OTE
- Year 2: £30k base, £45 – £50k OTE
- Year 3: £35 – £40k base, £60 – £70k OTE

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Source candidates via headhunting and job boards/websites
- Work on a team of high performing consultants
- Move into a 360-recruiting role
- Win, manage and cover a variety of vacancies in a dedicated sector
- Screen CVs and assess candidate’s suitability for the recruitment sector
- Support the recruitment process from end-to-end, from researching and resourcing for job vacancies
- Delivering a recruitment experience that is second to none
- Build rich pools of talent in innovation
- Contribute to content creation, events and brand building of the company
The Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Graduated with a 2.1 or higher in any discipline
- Demonstrated capability to hit deadlines/targets
- Personable manner and the ability to build long-standing business relationships quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- A positive outlook
- Sporty background is a plus
- Ambitious, hard-working and stellar work ethic
- Strive to succeed
