Basic Salary: £35,000 + anything over £30K is 40%, tiered structure and no threshold.

Working with clients like Patagonia and Ben & Jerry’s, your will get wide exposure to clients and will be encouraged into bringing in your own business too.
The company has given over £200K to charity since setting up and are continuing to prove they are more than just a transactional business.
The Offering – Principal Consultant
- £35k basic salary + commission up to 40% uncapped with no threshold
- No KPI’s or micromanagement

Expectations – Principal Consultant
- Become the number one recruiter within your specialist market – recruiting across your niche in technology
- Be a part of shaping the direction of the business, with the potential to grow out your own team
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, hosting events and much more
The Ideal Candidate – Principal Consultant
- Cover permanent or contract recruitment across the technology space
- 18+ months experience
- 360 consultant, with experience bringing on business
- Extremely motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy + switched on
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
