What the day-to-day will involve (Recruitment Consultant)
- Liaise directly with stakeholders
- Source candidates by headhunting, advertising and networking
- Manage processes between clients and candidates
- Grow and build your network
- Manage and grow the pre existing database
Ideal Requirements (Recruitment Consultant)
- A recent graduate from a Russell Group university (or equivalent) with a 2.1 or above in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective at building and maintaining relationships
- Career driven and financially motivated
- The ability to work off your own initiative
- Problem solver
