The Company – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Working with the top Investment Banks and Private Equity firms across the UK and the US, you will be responsible for sourcing Software Engineers, and other tech professionals. You will work closely with your mentor at the start, whilst you learn the ropes and gain more confidence.
The FinTech market is one of the most buoyant markets to work in as a recruiter. You will constantly be meeting with clients globally who will be looking to secure the best talent. The average fee in the business is £18k, and with a commission structure seeing you take home 45% of your billings, you can imagine just how high the earning potential is!

- Starting salary of £26k, rising to £30k after your first promotion

The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Business development to win new clients
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Sourcing talent through advertising, networking, headhunting and using the company database
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for roles with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Being the middleman in the process and gathering feedback from both sides
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate
- Building your brand on LinkedIn
- Following any existing leads for candidates or clients
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated or background working in a commercial environment
- Confident speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
- Competitive and wanting to succeed
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
