You will work closely with your manager to provide the best service to your clients whilst building long-lasting relationships and becoming an expert in your field.

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Conducting research and developing in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping individuals and companies in the core markets
- Building and maintaining great relationships with your clients
- Creating a strong network of senior talent and being able to identify their strengths
- Preparing client reports presenting to your senior team
- Supporting colleagues with their mandates and completing business development as and when it is necessary
The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Commercial acumen and the desire to learn
- Success driven
- Ability to multitask and go the extra mile for your clients
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced or project-based environment
