Team Leader – Data Science Recruitment – The Company:

This technology recruitment business is a well-established, collaborative company who is all about winning together and achieving success whilst delivering a premier service to candidates and clients alike. Working at the mid-senior level market, it is competitive! But they all have cracking personalities to win people over with their enthusiasm and are also consultative personable consultants.

Team Leader – Data Science Recruitment – The Role:

Inherit a small team of 2 consultants
Manage your existing team and hire more talent to join your squad!
Take on a billing role yourself, lead with example
Win on new clients within Europe and the Nordics
Get stuck in and help out consultants in your team wherever help is needed
Lead monthly 121’s with your consultants and help them grow their skillset
Set individual and team targets and help to achieve them

Team Leader – Data Science Recruitment – The Ideal Candidate:

3-5 years within Data Science Recruitment
A track record of successful billings between £200k-£300k per year
Experience managing a team or ready to make the step up to do so!
Longevity in previous role/ roles (no job hoppers)
Ideally, experience in placing candidates into Europe and the Nordics
A passion for growing a team and business and a passion for BD!

Team Leader – Data Science Recruitment – What’s on offer?

Depending on experience….

Basic salary up to £50k
OTE £100k for year 1
Inherit a team of 2
Mid-large sized business (50 employees currently)
WFH package for all consultants (laptop, phone, etc)
Office-based 3 days a week currently (this may change due to Covid)
Not KPI heavy – really mature environment
Very social, friendly business!
Social culture, supportive environment
