Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant – The Business:
This company are growing and growing SO QUICKLY. Be one of the first in to help build out their brand and eventually have your own team. Specialising in data science, AI, Big Data & Analytics and Cyber Information and Security, the partners have been very successful in their recruitment careers so far and will create a very successful business.
The aim is to be around 50 employees big in 2022. This is a start-up opportunity.
One of the business owners bills between £1.2million – £1.5million per year in perm recruitment, a HUGE opportunity to really learn from the best here!
The other business owner sold his last business for £12million, so they are cash-rich and putting a lot of funding into the training, salaries, commission, etc.
Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant – Candidate Requirements:
- Technology recruitment consultant background
- £300k + biller as a 360 consultant
- Contract or perm teams hiring
- Successful business development record
- A go-getter attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong educational background, 2:1 degree preferred but not essential
Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant – The Package:
- Up to £45k basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- Commission up to 40%
- A consultative approach
- Not KPI heavy
- No old-school phone bashing
